Clebia's
Place offers two quiet beautifully illuminated
apartments: The Chateau, a one bedroom
split level garden apartment with private bath,
private entrance and garden deck; and The
Maison, a fully remodeled two bedroom Victorian
apartment with one large bathroom, fireplace,
hardwood floors, high ceilings, private entrance
and garden access. A charming spacious well-appointed
hidden haven, Clebia's Place offers views galore.
High atop sunny Potrero Hill, you will find
a country ambiance in the heart of the city.
Wake up to the mockingbirds' song and watch
the hummingbirds skydive. In the garden you
are surrounded in seasonal color. Savor the
scent of honeysuckle, jasmine and lemon blossoms.
Clebia's Place was built as a single family
home in 1904 by a shipbuilder for his family.
It withstood completely intact both San Francisco's
major earthquakes. The building was used as
owner occupied rental housing until 2000 when
Clebia realized that this hidden haven would
be best shared with a wider audience.

The
Chateau is a serene, tastefully appointed split level
apartment. The sliding glass doors in the living room
open to the deck in the garden where you can sun bathe
or breakfast while you watch the humming birds dart
and swoop among the lemon blossoms, jasmine and sage.
The lights are on dimmer switches and the bedroom
and bath have saltillo tiled floors and oriental rugs.

A beautifully illuminated, west facing, victorian
living room with fireplace, original fine art
and oriental carpet; the bay windows frame a panorama
that includes the Alamany Gap, the Mission District,
Noe Valley, Twin Peaks, the Golden Gate Bridge
and Mt. Tamalpais. This is an ideal spot for fog-watching:
you relax in the warm sunshine while the valley
below gobbles up the icey fog as it careens and
tumbles over the mountains in the distance.

From this eagle's nest location you can view the Mission
District, Ball Park, city skyline and both the Golden
Gate and Bay Bridges. And the natural wonder of San
Francisco's mysterious and famous fog will awe you.
Watch it boil over Twin Peaks into Noe Valley and course
through the Golden Gate estuary into the Bay.
